By accessing or using Ziva, a service operated by TM Code & Co LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Ziva is a nutrition tracking service that uses USDA FoodData Central for macro data. Food logging is done through supported chat clients that connect using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ziva only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
5. Disclaimer
Ziva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutritional information is sourced from USDA FoodData Central and may not be 100% accurate. This service is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
